Receptionist
I am the first friendly face to greet our patients when they walk in the door and make sure their visit was a pleasant one when they leave. Working with Dr. Ramlaggan, Dr. Jamal, and the rest of the team feels like working with members of a family. I feel very lucky to work with a doctor and team that have the education, skills, and technology to treat such a wide variety of dental conditions. I was born and raised in New Brunswick and came to Ontario where I fell in love with the area and never left. Outside the office I teach Zumba; I love the music and to dance!

Office Coordinator
I help the team achieve our goals, both personally and professionally. My responsibilities include overall team scheduling, human resource management, hygiene coordination, and accounts payable. I have been a Dental Hygienist since 1994, and find my experience in Dentistry to be extremely beneficial as I use my skills in new ways everyday! Dr. Ramlaggan and Dr. Jamal are extremely knowledgeable and caring individuals. Their dental expertise and attention to detail have given many patients a fabulous smile. Outside the office, I love to read, cook and spend time with my husband and two lovely daughters.

I assist our patients with their account needs, put together treatment plans, and submit insurance claims. I have over 15 years of experience in the dental field and joined Dr. Ramlaggan in 2000. I’m married to a wonderful husband and I’m the proud mother of a seven year old son.

I am responsible for assisting our dentists and restorative dental hygienists. I started my dental career in 2008 and joined this team in 2011. My job has many facets and I enjoy them all! I love to travel and spending time with my family whenever I have the time. I can speak both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Dental Assistant Level II
My goal is to provide a pleasant and stress-free environment for patients while working alongside our doctors to achieve the best possible treatment according to each patient’s needs. I am particularly attentive to our dental-phobic patients and do whatever I can to make them as comfortable as possible. Apart from dental assisting, I enjoy recreational activities such as swimming and tennis.

As a level II dental assistant, I assist our doctors chairside, take X-rays and impressions for models and diagnoses, and fabricate many appliances in our lab. Each day brings a new challenge or learning opportunity and I love to take advantage of expanding my knowledge. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy going to the movies and shopping.

Restorative Dental Hygienist
I have over 25 years of experience in the dental field including over 11 years as a Restorative Dental Hygienist. I am responsible for placing and finishing of composite restorations, taking of impressions for Invisalign, creating Cerec restorations and much more! I love that each day I get to meet awesome new people and help them to achieve and maintain great oral health. I am very fortunate to have a wonderful family and amazing friends and love spending my free time with them.

As a member of our hygiene team, I treat periodontal disease and work with our patients towards optimal oral health. My dental career started 12 years ago and I joined Dr. Ramlaggan in 2008. It is a wonderful feeling to know that I’ve made a difference in the lives of those around me by improving their health. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my daughter, the outdoors, and hiking.

My job involves providing the best, most comprehensive periodontal therapy, from regular dental hygiene to extensive oral care. I joined this team in 2009 and have over ten years of experience working in the dental field. I love seeing our patients so happy with the results they achieve and the experience they’ve had. I am a very open-minded person. I love people and have the comfort of my patients at heart. I love music, reading health related articles, nature, and all animals.

My eight years of exerience has allowed me to cater to a variety of patient types.
