Neelum Jamal, DMD, BSc
“I chose to be a dentist because I love to see people smile! I have the unique opportunity to improve my patients’ lives by improving their oral health, building their confidence, and enhancing their self-esteem. I love the dynamic nature of dentistry, from the challenges that each case presents to the many people I am able to meet. I strive to enhance my patient care by learning every day, not only from my patients, but also from my colleagues. Each day I get to meet new people and share in their life experiences on a professional and personal level. I truly love getting to know my patients and their families!

Dr. Neelum Jamal obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with Great Distinction from McGill University, specializing in Anatomy and Cell Biology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, with Honours, from the University of British Columbia and was admitted to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honour Society for her outstanding academic achievement.
Dr. Jamal chooses to participate in continuing education because of her life-long love of learning and passion for providing her patients with the most advanced care possible. She has taken many courses and attended seminars on treatments including Invisalign®, inhalation sedation, CEREC®, and soft tissue management. Dr. Jamal is originally from Vancouver and is happy to now call Toronto her home, where she lives with an adorable Westie-Poo named Zorro. Away from the office, she enjoys staying fit and active, playing ball hockey, watching Canuck hockey and Eagles football, reading, and exploring all the wonderful things the city of Toronto has to offer.
